With this technique, one replaces their own body with a block of wood or some other object, the moment an attack lands. This creates an optical illusion, making the enemy think the attack was successful. From this, the user can use the lapse in the enemy's attention to attack or flee from the battlefield. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. It's a basic ninjutsu even taught at the Academy, but it's a useful art that can be applied in variety of situations.

Body Flicker Jutsu

This technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. The different hidden villages have variations of the Body Flicker Technique, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker, which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker, Water Body Flicker, and Leaf Body Flicker. The Fourth Raikage combined the Body Flicker Technique with the Lightning Release Armor which allowed him to dodge even Amaterasu in a split second.

This technique is used by sensors to detect someone's chakra. Using this technique, sensors can tell when enemies are approaching, and can easily track down targets. The range of this technique varies between sensors.
Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique

A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu.
Mist Servant Technique

This genjutsu creates eerie black ninja illusions, which appear one by one from trees and rocks, and corner the enemy. Their movements are slow, but when attacked they multiply, and in this way they appear like ghosts inhabiting the mist. Kunai are added to this technique, by throwing them to match illusions movement, making them seem real. As the clones continue to multiply, the victim will eventually be worn down.

This ability allows the user to suppress their chakra to the point that it is completely undetectable. This makes it impossible for sensor-type shinobi to track them via chakra. The downside of this ability is that since the user suppresses their chakra they are unable to use any of their ninja skills.

This technique places another illusion within another illusion created by the user. If and when the target dispels the first illusion, they will not realise that a second is in place.

The user flows chakra through all parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero, excluding its undeniable weak point: Lightning Release ninjutsu.

The user emits lightning in the shape of a spear from its mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade.

Blocking Technique Absorption Seal

A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any shape or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu based technique, regardless of power, without harming the user. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them.
Bringer-of-Darkness Technique

This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses.
Genjutsu Binding

As the name suggests, the user binds the opponent in a genjutsu, rendering them incapable of movement. This genjutsu can be used on more than one target at the same time. Once the target is bound, the user or an ally can rush up to the enemy, able to easily deliver a devastating killing blow.
Nervous System Rupture

An extremely high-level technique, used as a medical ninjutsu. The human body is controlled with electrical signals from the brain, but a person who had those electrical signals cut off with this technique will become unable to make their body move as they want. By transforming the chakra within one's body and giving it the properties of electricity, one creates an electric field. As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible. However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence.

This technique puts the target in a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing them to remember details that they otherwise would not. The target will comply with interrogation, but seems to retain his or her personality while under hypnosis

Shibata, Kenshin is a slender and dark-skinned man of a smaller stature with dark brown eyes and black hair. His usual facial expression indicate friendliness, warmth, and cunning to people around him. However, more often then not many opponents who have come across him have under-estimated him for his smaller stature, and have died helplessly in the process. This is a result of his high intellect, speed, and ability to use genjutsu at an abnormal level. His standard attire consists of a long black trenchcoat with the collar sticking upwards and extends down to near his feet, he also wears a black vest that is worn underneath the trenchcoat with multiple pockets for inventory items. For footwear he simply wears black sandals.
The most valuable part of his attire is the fact that none of it actually weighs him down by even the slightest.
Physical Health Issues: N/A Mental Health Issues: N/A Personality: Despite his current villainous situation., Kenshin is a cunning, intellectual, and egotistical individual who often addresses himself as a higher being and that none can stand to his level. Among the people he has come across many would describe him to be manipulative, as well as most importatnly a force not to be reckoned with if you value you your life dearly. He also rarely shows any sign of alarm or distress and often has entire situations planned out well in advance. Whenever confronted, Kenshin is casual and uncaring, attempting to draw out a conversation and make small talk, which often infuriates the one he is talking to. The embodiment of his own philosophy on being a god, Kenshin follows no laws and will destroy anyone who opposes him. Because of this, he believes that he may walk a path in freedom and do what he wishes, and when. Sexual Orientation: Straight Other: History: There was conflict in the world, the fact is it never changes. It was simply a cycle that had past from generation to generation all with the same intent, ambition, wealth whatever the human mind could possibly imagine or desire. However, this is the beginning of one young man who had stood out from the rest. His name was Shibata, Kenshin. It was said that from a young age his father had taken care of him, like any real father would. However, his father knew during a time of constant conflict within the grass village and other various countries it was imminent that his son had to be ready to face the world of a shinobi. So at the age of 6 his father had begin to train in him various Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu techniques. However, although it may have seemed that his father was only training him in ninja techniques he was always teaching him morals as a concerned father. The very first training Kenshin would attempt is low ranked jutsu. These jutsu's were mandatory for a young man to learn, for it was the most basic. This would include a normal clone, a substitution move, and a transformation one. His father though, had shown and explained what hands seal were before attempting the jutsu. Each one was very carefully and explained perfectly. His father then showed him what each one could do. From this, Kenshin would gain a little more insight on the basic jutsus his father was trying to teach him, and it had appeared as though sometimes Kenshin was learning at an exceptional pace like no other. After about a week of mastering the basic jutsu his father had taught him, his father felt it was time to teach him about elements, Thus, Kenshin had begun to learn his first element which was the earth element and at the age of six from there he would then train his natural element by getting the nature and the enviroment he would train everyday to attune with him. This would re-inforce the state of mind philosophy his father had taught him. For many weeks he would then meditate and attempt to commune. It was a very complicated process, because little did Kenshin know that he was actually training his mind and body to commune with eachother to form the Earth element. This is why his father had wanted him to concentrate to his full potential. So for the next following years Kenshin had finally made progress with his first element, and had learned many earth element jutsu's. However, while his father was happy for him he knew that his boys progress was increasing at a steady pace. But his father knew that there was something special about him, and it would reveal later on for him to take on a new kind of training. Two years had now passed and Kenshin was at the age of 8. Within those two years it was indefinite and unbelievable that he had progressed with his first element and basic jutsu training. Furthermore, his father was pleased with his progress, and decided that his very own son would surpass him and go on to learn more powerful jutsu. The next following two years, Kenshin was now 10 years old and was extremely skilled within the element of Earth. With that said, he was quite unclear what to do next, because of the hard rigorous training he had done for four years. This had made him quite tired, and for the most part for now he deserved a rest for the time being. So with time to spare, he decided to rest for a long amount of time, equivalent to 2 weeks to fully recover. His father was pleased to see his young boy starting to become a full fledged shinobi, as well as a man. During the recovery timeline he would spend time with his family members. This proved to be most beneficial to him because it was a feeling he had not really known before. Thus, it had appeared overall that Kenshin was now maturing while he was stepping into the life as a young adolescent. However, the time had gone quick, and it now was coming a close to the period where his ambition to train again was stronger then ever. While Kenshin lived with his parents in the grass village for the next 10 years, and at the age of 20 something deeply went through his head and somehow a vast interest grew with genjutsu which had consumed him because of the control it had over people, it made him feel like he was the creator and nothing could oppose what he desired. This is the first time his personality would change and he would name himself first an illusionist, then eventualy a god as he grew stronger and could manipulate others so easily with minimal effort. This personality of his grew colder and colder despite the good upbringing he had from his parents. His parents were deeply concerned about his actions, however one night a band of thieves killed and robbed Kenshins parents, from then on Kenshin had tracked them down and slain the petty group and simply had a moment of silence for his parents and has never been missing for a total of 3 years, his current location is unknown. |
